Mr.Knapp, an immigration attorney with more than 11 years of experience in this specialized area, will provide an overview of immigration law and how it is especially relevant to engineering professionals. He will describe the various governmental agencies responsible for immigration and explain different visa types and quotas. He also will comment on the recent Arizona law and comprehensive immigration reform.
